legislativo e executivo ou seja, eu n\u00e3o posso dizer hoje que o Supremo Tribunal \u00e9 uma corte constitucional sem pol\u00edtica porque Daniel Silveira foi um julgamento pol\u00edtico, n\u00e3o para poder esclarecer, \u00e9 quando quem julga n\u00e3o pode ser o mesmo que acusa, ou seja, h\u00e1 uma separa\u00e7\u00e3o de atores, o Juiz \u00e9 o Juiz, o Promotor \u00e9 o Promotor, e o Investigador \u00e9 o Investigador, s\u00f3 que o que n\u00f3s tivemos nessa a\u00e7\u00e3o penal, foi a mesma pessoa, Sr. Alexandre de Moraes, ser a v\u00edtima, a suposta v\u00edtima, ser o juiz, ser ao mesmo tempo o acusador, quem determina as dilig\u00eancias, quem pede a investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, quem abre inqu\u00e9ritos de of\u00edcios, ou seja, nosso sistema penal est\u00e1 a mingua, e isso traz justamente essa viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 separa\u00e7\u00e3o dos poderes.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
